Baruch Hashem, we have reached another major milestone! Our "Site Development Plan" (SDP) was submitted to the City of Denver right before Yom Tov, on Monday September 30th.
The SDP process will involve several back and forth conversations and submissions to the city, which will span several months. The first submission is the hardest and biggest lift, which we are excited to have overcome.
This keeps us on track to B'Ezras Hashem have building permits in hand by the end of next Summer.
Feel free to review the submission file here. If viewed on a PC you can really see the tremendous level of detail that has gone into these documents, reflecting the many, many hours devoted to our project by our team of architects and civil engineers.
We will be working with our General Contractor to price the work. This process will include sessions devoted to value engineering the project to ensure that we will be able to build our beautiful new Shul and campus while doing so as efficiently as possible and getting the most value for the funds we raise.
