June 2025 Update

Baruch Hashem, we continue to make progress with our building plans and would like to offer the following updates!

Value Engineering - almost complete! Working closely with our team of architects and civil engineers, we are on the cusp of completing a full review and revision of our plans, ensuring that they include every feature, space, and finish necessary to create a functional, vibrant and dynamic campus, while ensuring efficiency and viability of the project. Once this stage is 100% complete (we anticipate another 1.5-2 weeks), we are poised to begin working on creating our Construction Documents.

Construction Documents & General Contractor: We anticipate that our Construction Documents will be 75% complete by the end of July. At that point we will be reaching out to General Contractors for bids on the project. While we have already been in contact with one (promising) option, our architects have advised that we wait to engage in the formal process of bidding out the project until after the Construction Documents are significantly developed. This will create greater interest among potential matches and will enable us to get firmer bids.
