April 2025 Update

Site Development Plan (SDP) Round 2: Our Architects are hard at work addressing the second round of comments from the city. While these changes are being made, we are reviewing the project to do some basic value engineering - thereby ensuring that before our next step, we are poised to get the best and most beautiful campus built in the most financially efficient way possible!

Which leads us to....

Construction Documents: Once we have tweaked our plans for value engineering, our architects will be ready to start construction documents! (SDP focuses on everything outside the footprint of the building, while construction documents are the fine details inside the building.)

General Contractor: Based on the advice of our architects, we will wait until construction documents are 60-70% complete to bid out the project to general contractors to fine-tune our projected budget. At that point in time they will have a better picture of costs and the bids will be more accurate.
