February 2025 Update


Address: DRUM ROLL PLEASE...... The city has designated an official address for our Shul property: 6523 E. Alaska Drive.


This means that we have progressed to the point that the city has combined the 3 lots that comprise our Shul property, combining our beautiful future campus into one address!



Site Development Plan: At the beginning of February we completed the task of addressing comments from the city and submitted the second round for our Site Development Plan.


We hope to hear back in the next two months on any further tweaks they may need.


You can see the updated plans at this link. Although much of it is beyond the understanding of us mere laypeople, it's amazing to see how much detail goes into these plans, underscoring the countless hours of work being done by our architects and civil engineers.



General Contractors: We've been working with multiple general contractors for updated project costs, which we hope to finalize and share in a future update.


Obtaining these firm estimates will guide our continued fundraising efforts and put us in a position to continue our conversation with several banks about construction loans and financing.


This will also open the door to the next step in design and conversation with the city - developing and submitting our Construction Documents.
