Baruch Hashem, our process with the city is moving along at an impressive clip.
Our Architects and Civil Engineers have addressed the few initial comments that the city had to our plans, which has now moved us into the crucially important "Site Development Plan" (SDP) stage.
We anticipate the first SDP submission to the city to occur at the beginning of September (two months before the city deadline!).
The SDP process involves several back and forth submissions to the city, which will span several months.
If everything goes according to plan, B'Ezras Hashem, we will have building permits in hand by the end of Summer next year.
Our continuing fundraising efforts have moved to the second phase, including reaching out to our broader base of constituents. This has already begun to bear fruit, and we are seeing very enthusiastic responses and positive momentum from our efforts.
