April 2024 Update

The response to the brochure that was mailed out in March has been fantastic, and is going to continue to help generate fundraising conversations. We plan to send a second batch of brochures out right after Pesach.

Our architect submitted the Concept Design to 'Get Out of Concept' to the city at the beginning of this month, and we have a meeting scheduled with the city to review it right after Pesach. Having taken the necessary time to do our due diligence, we expect to clear this phase with flying colors.

We are actively shopping around for General Contractors and other related services to ensure we are able to construct the building at the lowest cost, while maintaining the highest quality and build.

March 2024 Update

The updated renderings are now on display in the KBY lobby.

In addition, the six page brochure is going to be mailed out in the third week of March to 500 donors, members and friends of KBY, marking the start of our big fundraising push!

Finally, our website is live, and will be used for our regular updates.

February 2024 Update

Both the updated renderings and the six page brochure are finally complete.

With the renderings and building concept complete, we've moved onto the "Get out of Concept" phase with the city of Denver. This process is to demonstrate general compliance with the zoning code and other regulations, and takes just under two months. Since we've had meetings and discussions with the city in the past, we don't anticipate any hurdles in achieving compliance.
